How buying works
Most GPI buyers complete their purchase 100% remotely.
Remote buying, step by step
- 01
Find a project
Browse curated developments and shortlist the ones that fit your goals.
- 02
Submit enquiry
We route your lead directly to the developer and assign you a named GPI advisor.
- 03
Due diligence
Your GPI advisor and an independent lawyer review the developer, title and contract.
- 04
Power of attorney
Signed remotely at a Georgian embassy or notary in your home country.
- 05
Fund transfer
Direct to the developer's escrow or settlement account. GPI never holds funds.
- 06
Title registration
Notary signs and registers ownership at the Public Registry — typically same day.
- 07
Receive keys
Either in person or via a managing partner. Rental management can start immediately.
- 08
Ongoing support
Your GPI advisor stays your point of contact for any post-handover need.

How we route your enquiry
