GPI ("we", "us") operates this lead-routing platform connecting foreign investors with Georgian property developers.

What we collect

Name, email, phone, country, language preference, the project you enquired about, and basic analytics (page, referrer, UTM parameters).

How we use it

We use your details solely to route your enquiry to the developer whose project you selected, and to follow up via your assigned GPI advisor.

When we share it

Your details are shared with the specific developer you enquired about, with your explicit consent at submission. They are not shared with any other party.

Data processors

Database and authentication: Lovable Cloud (Supabase). Email delivery: Resend / SendGrid. Analytics: PostHog.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@gpi.ge.
